Water jacket heater installation method:

tank. The outlet (vertical interface) is connected with the upper water channel hole of the body to fasten the clamps at the ends
of the inlet and outlet rubber pipes so as to prevent water leakage.
4, open the rear cover of the heater housing and connect the power line and the grounding protection line to the terminal and
cover the housing.
5. Check the position of the heater and the components in the pipes is correct, and the components are installed firmly.
6, to fill the unit cooling water after starting the engine (two minutes), so that the birds get the full cycle of water within
the unit, in order to clear the air inside the pipe unit, and check whether there is a new line Water Leakage phenomenon.
7, standby group can shut the heating power after shutdown. At this time, the heater should be in working state, and the
