Audited Supplier The BAC06A Switching Battery Charger is a new switching power supply device designed specifically for the charging characteristics of lead-acid batteries. It is suitable for long-term supplementary charging (floating charge) of lead-acid batteries. The maximum charging current is 6A at 12V and the maximum charging current is 3A at 24V.
Performance characteristics
1. It adopts two-stage charging method (that is, constant current and constant voltage method) to automatically charge, fully charge according to the charging characteristics of the battery, which can prevent over-charging of lead-acid battery and maximize battery life.
2. Suitable for 12V or 24V battery pack charging, the corresponding charger model is BAC06A-12V or BAC06A-24V.

6. Adopting switching power supply structure, the input AC voltage range is wide, the volume is small, the weight is light, and the efficiency is high.
Voltage regulation: When adjusting the voltage in the field, disconnect the battery from the charger and measure the output voltage of the charger while adjusting the voltage potentiometer (VOLT) until the appropriate value.
Current regulation: The output is connected to the battery pack. When the charging voltage is not higher than 22.0V (11.0V), the charging current is measured. By adjusting the current potentiometer (AMP), the appropriate charging current is set. The output current can also be estimated by the current potentiometer scale.
5 Operation instructions: 1) Terminals L and N are connected to AC 220V, and BVR1mm multi-strand copper wire is used.
2) Terminals B+, B- are connected to the battery +, - pole, with BVR 1.5mm multi-strand copper wire.
3) POWER: Power indicator, when the charger is working normally, it lights up.
4) CHARGING: Charging indicator, lights up when the charging current is greater than 0.3A.
5) VOLT: Charging voltage adjustment potentiometer.
6) AMP: Charge current adjustment potentiometer.
7) The output insurance FUSE is 10A insurance. After the output is reversed, the insurance will be blown. At this time, there is no output voltage, the output wiring is corrected, and the insurance works normally after replacing the insurance.
8) Replace the insurance operation steps: a) Press firmly with a flat-blade screwdriver and turn it counterclockwise, then pull it out. b) After the pumping, replace the new insurance, and then put it into the fuse holder, then use a flat-blade screwdriver to press it in a small force, and then screw it clockwise. Note: Improper handling or excessive force can damage the seat.
Note: 1) Because the internal output of this charger is connected with a diode and current limiting circuit, this charger can be used in parallel with the charging generator on the engine, and it is not necessary to disconnect the charger when starting. 2) When applied on the generator set, the voltage drop will occur on the charging line due to the large charging current. Therefore, it is recommended that the charging line be separately connected to the battery terminal to avoid affecting the sampling accuracy of the sensor.
