1. OVERVIEW

HGM9510 controller is designed for manual/auto parallel system generators with similar or different capacity. Additionally, it is
suitable for single unit constant power output and mains paralleling. It allows automatic start/stop, parallel running, data
measurement, alarm protection as well as remote control, remote measurement and remote communication function. It fits with LCD
display, optional Chinese,
English and other languages interface, and it is reliable and easy to use. Utilizing the GOV (Engine Speed Governor) and AVR
(Automatic Voltage Regulator) control function, the controller is able to synchronize and share load automatically; it can be used
to parallel with other
HGM9510 controller.
HGM9510 controller also monitors the engine, indicating the operational status and fault conditions accurately. When abnormal
condition occurs, it splits bus and shuts down the genset, simultaneously the exact failure mode information is indicated by the
LCD display on the front panel. SAE J1939 interface enables the controller to communicate with various ECU (ENGINE CONTROL UNIT)
which fitted with J1939 interface. The powerful 32-bit microprocessor contained within the module allows for precision parameters
measuring, fixed value adjustment, time setting and set value adjusting and etc. Majority parameters can be configured from front
panel, and all parameters can be configured by USB interface (or RS485) to adjust via PC. It can be widely used in all types of
automatic gen-set control system with compact structure, advanced circuits, simple connections and high reliability.

2. Performance and Features

* Using 32-bit ARM single-chip microcomputer, the hardware integration is high, and the reliability is further improved;

* Liquid crystal display LCD is 480x272, with backlight, optional interface operation in Chinese, English and other languages,
and can be selected on site, which is convenient for factory debugging personnel to test the machine;

* The screen protection is made of hard screen acrylic material, which has better wear resistance and scratch resistance;

* Silicone panel and buttons are used to adapt to the high and low temperature of the environment;

* With RS485 communication interface, the "three remote" function can be realized by using the MODBUS protocol;

* With CAN BUS interface, it can be connected to EFI with J1939. It can not only monitor the common data of EFI (such as water
temperature, oil pressure, speed, fuel consumption, etc.), but also control startup, shutdown and acceleration through CANBUS
interface and deceleration, etc.;

* Suitable for three-phase four-wire, three-phase three-wire, single-phase two-wire, two-phase three-wire (120/240V) power supply
50/60Hz system;

* Collect and display busbar/generating three-phase voltage, three-phase current, frequency, and power parameters;

* The busbar has the detection function of phase loss and reverse phase sequence, and the power generation has the detection
function of overvoltage, undervoltage, overfrequency, underfrequency, overcurrent, overpower, reverse power, phase loss and
reverse phase sequence;

* Synchronization parameters include: voltage difference between power generation and busbar, frequency difference between power
generation and busbar, and phase angle difference between power generation and busbar;

* There are various working modes in automatic state: running without load, running with load, and running in parallel according
to demand;

* It has the function of soft load transfer when paralleling/disconnecting;

* Three fixed analog sensors (temperature, oil pressure, liquid level);

* Two programmable analog sensors can be set as temperature or pressure or liquid level sensors;

* A variety of temperature, pressure, oil level sensor curves can be used directly, and the sensor curves can be customized;

* Accurately collect various parameters of the engine;

* Control and protection functions: realize the functions of automatic start/stop of diesel generator sets, switch closing and
opening, and perfect fault display protection;

* All outputs are relay outputs;

* Parameter setting function: allows users to change and set its parameters, and at the same time, it is stored in the internal
EEPROM memory and will not be lost when the system is powered off. Most parameters can be adjusted from the front panel of the
controller, all parameters can be adjusted through the USB interface using a PC, and can be adjusted through the RS485
interface using a PC;

* Various starting success conditions (speed sensor, oil pressure, power generation) can be selected;

* The power supply range is wide (8~35) VDC, which can adapt to different starting battery voltage environments;

* With historical records, real-time clock, timing switch (on once a month/week/day and can be set to load or not) functions;

* With cumulative operation A, B and cumulative power A, B, users can clear and re-accumulate, which is convenient for users to
count by themselves;

* With heater, cooler, fuel pump control function;

* With maintenance function, the maintenance time can be set to the action (warning, alarm stop or trip stop);

* All parameters are digitally adjusted, abandoning the analog adjustment method of conventional potentiometers, and improving
the reliability and stability of the whole machine;

* A rubber sealing ring is designed between the shell and the control panel, and the waterproof performance can reach IP55;

* The clips for fixing the controller are metal clips, which have excellent performance in high temperature environments;
